How to join a Gateway Website as a registered user, to enable access to load group information, join discussions or make comments.

Set effective and expiration dates
Almost all content created on a Gateway site can have times and dates set for when these become publicly visible, or hidden.
Get a What's New page
Groups or networks who have plenty of information or folders in their site can have a page that displays the latest changes to their area. This will allow other users to quickly see a list of information added for them to browse.
Create a photo album
The gateway has the ability to create photo albums, or collections of photos, which display as thumbnails, but can show full size.

Add a Recurrent Event
The Event content item in the Landcare Gateway has recently been updated to enable either once-off or recurrent events. If you have an event which repeats, this outlines how to make an event recurrent.
Reorder Folders
The Gateway has a standard approach to ordering contents in a folder or section, with most recent items going to the bottom of the contents listing. If you wish, there are two options to reorder folder contents.
